全米不動産管理協会(IREM)　及び、全米認定不動産投資顧問協会(CCIM)　日本総会が日航ホテル熊本にて開催、代表の大森、両総会にて資格審査委員を行う。

The General Assembly of Japan is held at the Nikko Hotel in Kumamoto.
